CentreRacing.com is licensed by the Northern Territory Government. It was founded as a division of Centrebet in 1992.
In 1998 Centrebet.com was acquired by Jupiters Limited, a public company with interests in casinos, hotels, networked gaming and hardware/software development in Australia. On May 1 2000, Terry Lillis purchased the horse racing division from Centrebet and thus CentreRacing.com was born.
CentreRacing.com is owned by Terry Lillis. CentreRacing.com is Licensed by the Northern Territory Government to conduct racebetting by telephone and internet.
